A non-refundable Deposit of $250.00 is payable within 7 days of your booking. You will be invoiced prior to your function for the full payment. (This is applicable if you are not using the bar)
Balance of total cost is payable 30 days prior to function date. A Bond in addition to the booking fee is required in the amount of $250.00 which is refundable if the rooms are left clean and without any damage. The function type (i.e, 21st Birthday) must be named in the hire agreement.
Service of Alcohol & Use of the Bar
As a condition of its Liquor Licence, Wodonga Saints Football & Netball Club is required to adhere to the guidelines for the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). These laws must be observed by WSFNC and any Hirer of the Club facilities. All alcohol served within the WSFNC clubrooms must be supplied and served by WSFNC accredited Club person. It is an offence to bring drinks of any kind on to the licensed premises or to consume alcohol in the Clubroom surrounds including the car park. Drinks will be at an agreed price set at time of the booking. (All drinks are RTD except Wine and Champagne which is served in Plastics)
Bar staff will be provided from 5pm to 12 midnight. Additional hours may incur additional cost’s to the hirer.
It is an offence to smoke within 4 metres of a building’s entrance. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Clubrooms. There is a designated smoking area. (Financial penalties will be applied)
Please note that if there is any damage to any Walls, Ceilings or floors with the use of any adhesives or fixtures you “the Hirer” will be liable for any associated costs.
Conduct within the Club and Environs
The Hirer is to take all reasonable steps to ensure the responsible behaviour of all guests. Persons creating a disturbance will be required to leave the premises immediately. The use of confetti or sparkling objects is not permitted. Candles are to be contained in holders that allow no wax drips on tables or floors. We ask that guests be considerate of our neighbours & nearby dwellings and leave in an orderly and quiet manner. The Club has strict noise regulations. All speakers must be inside the clubhouse.
The grassed area and surrounds (including the oval) is not available during the agreed function.
Room Capacity Total room capacity shall not exceed 150.
Duration of Functions
All functions are to conclude no later than midnight. Last drinks will be ‘called’ 30 minutes prior to the end of your function. Bands that need more than 30 minutes to pack down must finish earlier allowing for the extra time. All dirty crockery and food are to be cleared from tables before you depart the premises. All items, including decorations, are to be removed from premises by 9am the following morning.
Any additional cleaning required as determined by the Wodonga Saints Football and Netball Club will be deducted from the bond. The kitchen must be left in a clean state with all dishes cleaned and put away, all bins emptied and placed in outside bins. A cleaning sheet is on display in the kitchen.
Functions will not be considered confirmed until the deposit of $250 has been received by WSFNC together with this signed agreement. The hirer shall also agree that WSFNC cannot be held liable for any personal injury. The hirer agrees that they will be held responsible for any damage to property, including damage to Wodonga Saints clubrooms and facilities, arising out of the hire of the Wodonga Saints Clubrooms.
All functions are at the discretion of the Wodonga Saints Football & Netball Committee.
